Let’s meet
Most of my therapy and therapeutic coaching sessions happen via Zoom and usually take 50 minutes to an hour. I work online and offer walking-talking therapy sessions (London/Whitstable), depending on personal circumstances. I will not know what you need unless you express that. Please do not hesitate to tell me (or show me) what you need.
Single session
-
Each THERAPY session takes 50 minutes. Those are conducted via zoom. How many sessions we agree on initially will depend on your needs and our plan. We can also work with the open ended contract.
-
Each 50 minutes therapy session costs £90. Discounts are available for blocks of sessions paid in advance.
Single sessions are contracted on the pay-as-you-go basis. Blocks of sessions can be pre-purchased as well. We usually meet weekly, unless otherwise arranged. 48 hour notice is contracted and holidays need to be scheduled in advance.
-
Our work together is fluid. We shape and adapt. With most of my clients I work on session-notes-session basis, where I send through the session summary together with notes each week. This will look different for each client (can include prompts, worksheets, or just few sentences summarising the main themes).
First 3 sessions are usually more structured, followed by less structured approach.
You do not have to make art but you can! We can also explore themes through images, symbols and in many creative ways - all depending on your needs and what feels right.
Access to Work - coaching/coping strategies
-
60 minutes per session - number of sessions dictated by your award
-
Depending on your award, I am accepting awards starting at £110 per session

(ASD/ADHD/AuDHD) Therapeutic Coaching helps clients develop strategies that honour their neurology, while also exploring identity, values, relationships, and wellbeing. It’s not about “fixing” but about creating ways of living that feel sustainable, authentic, and aligned.
In the Coping Strategies Training we will collaborate on a programme that will support:
Executive function (planning, organisation, time management)
Emotional regulation
Sensory regulation and energy management
Thinking about communication tools for work and relationships
Self-advocacy and boundary setting
Identity and self-advocacy therapeutic coaching
-
12 - up to 60 minute sessions, weekly
-
£1400 - with funding available to claim via the Access to Work scheme.

As a coach who’s expertise is rooted in neuro-affirmative creative therapeutic practice, I now offer this most comprehensive way to work with your neurodiversity. This approach can help you process deeper issues, such as identity or emotional challenges, while also providing you with more practical tools for personal growth and self-empowerment.
Are we going to be a good fit?
I’ve designed this site to reflect the (rather eclectic) tapestry of who I am, but here’s the scoop: therapy is all about connection, and just like in real life, not everyone will feel right together. That’s why I offer free consultations - think of it as a casual coffee chat to see if our energies align (but hey, I get it, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, so if an email suits you best, I will also reply).
Sometimes, just getting through the first few therapy sessions can feel like scaling a mountain. It can be tough, sometimes it’s worth the climb, and sometimes it’s not. I’m all about keeping it open and honest, so let’s share the journey. Whatever comes up along the way is fair game for discussion. We can learn from each other and shape our path together.
If you’re wondering if I’m the right fit for you, I usually work well with:
Women at all stages of their neurodivergence or self-exploration path (new mums, women going through stages of the menopause, those who are about to retire or start a new job)
Queer folks diving into their identity and everything that comes with it
Sensitive souls
Those who’ve always felt like they’re dancing to a different beat (you’re in good company - ADHD, ASD, all the colours of neurodivergence)
Creatives who want to explore non-verbal expression through art and imagery
People who appreciate a more direct approach (I’m not one to sugarcoat, and I might ask you questions!)
And those who are a little nervous about playing but know they’re ready for a challenge
