Where self-curiosity becomes self-knowledge. Depth-oriented therapy for those ready to look, and land softly when they do.

Some people arrive in therapy knowing exactly what's wrong. Others arrive knowing only that something essential has gone unexamined for too long.

Both are welcome here.

I'm a Jungian Art Psychotherapist (MA, HCPC, BAAT), ADHD Therapeutic Coaching Facilitator, and Clinical Supervisor, neurodivergent myself, working with self-curious women, teens, queer folk, and couples. The work is depth-oriented, neuro-affirmative, and unapologetically creative.

I offer 20 minutes zoom consultation sessions if this is the way you’d like for our relationship to start. Equally - if you’d rather email your questions through or book your first session - that works for me.

My offer

50 Minutes Session

No two sessions look the same. We work within a strong therapeutic frame, and inside it, anything goes. Philosophy, movement, art, memes, silence, the thing you couldn't say anywhere else. Come as you are, in whatever language fits.

What I do ask is that you come regularly. I work with most clients weekly, because the continuity matters: not as a rule, but because the process needs somewhere dependable to land.

Online Art Therapy - deep dive

This is a space where therapy happens through making.

Each 60-minute session is held within a strong and reliable therapeutic frame, but what unfolds inside that frame is led by creative expression — image, mark, material, metaphor, and symbol. Words are welcome, but they are not required to come first.

Some sessions are quiet and contained. Others are playful, strange, humorous, or dreamlike. We might work slowly with one image over time, or allow something new to emerge each week. Meaning is not forced or interpreted too quickly; it’s allowed to surface in its own rhythm.

This work draws closely on Jungian art psychotherapy, where images are treated as living psychological material rather than illustrations of problems. Art-making becomes a way of thinking, feeling, and relating to yourself without having to explain or justify your experience.

You don’t need to be “good at art”. There is no expectation of outcome, insight, or aesthetic. The focus is on process, not performance.

I usually work with clients on a weekly basis.

Identity and self-advocacy therapeutic coaching - 12 sessions

If you’re in the thick of working out who you are, and how to be that person in a world that doesn’t always make it easy, this longer-term package is for you. Rooted in over a decade of experience supporting neurodivergent clients, this is a space for deep clarity, capacity-building, and unapologetic self-advocacy.

We’ll work together over time to explore identity, reframe challenges, and strengthen the tools you need to move through life with more confidence and ease. Whether you’re preparing for workplace adjustments, life transitions, or just want to feel more “you,” this is where things start to shift.

This approach is gentle, flexible, and focused on helping you feel not only seen, but supported and capable, too.

Each session comes with a follow up, fully personalised email with tools, worksheets or prompts to deepen the work.
