Have you ever considered group therapy?!

Think: belonging, creativity and gentle, relational untangling.

What does it mean?

  • Group therapy

Online group therapy for neurodivergent women and queer folk offers a gentle, creative space to connect, reflect, and feel seen. Grounded in shared experience and difference, the group uses art therapy techniques (with a materials box sent to each participant) to explore identity, sensory needs, self-expression, and emotional processing, no art skills required. It’s a space for play, depth, and collective care.

  • What do you get

    1. A beautifully curated box of quality art materials to use in and between the sessions

    2. 18 online group therapy sessions spread over 6 months (3 sessions per month), offering regular rhythm and support

    3. 27 hours of therapeutic connection, creative exploration, and shared reflection in a safe, neurodivergent-affirming space

    4. A consistent, small group of neurodivergent women and queer folk, where masking can soften and self-expression can flourish

    5. Guided art therapy prompts and grounding practices to support emotional processing, self-trust, and nervous system regulation

    6. A sense of community, recognition, and belonging with others who get it

  • Cost

The full 6-month programme is £900, which includes:

18 live, facilitated group therapy sessions (1.5 hours each)

A beautifully curated box of quality art materials, delivered to your door

27 hours of therapeutic connection in a small, neurodivergent-affirming group

That works out to £50 per session or just over £33 per hour, with all materials and support included. (1:1 therapy sessions with me are currently £90 per 50 minutes session).

    Payment plans are available.

Starting October 2025 if the group forms.
