Art Therapy for ND women
- pre-questionnaire
Why this short form matters?
Art therapy groups work best when they feel safe, supportive, and spacious enough for each person to show up as they are. That’s why I ask a few questions before we begin, to help shape a group that feels like a good fit for everyone involved.
This isn’t an assessment or a test. There are no ‘right’ answers. It's simply a way for me to get a sense of who’s interested, what’s bringing you here, and how we might best support one another through the group process.
The questions help me:
Understand what kind of support you’re looking for
Notice shared themes or needs among those interested
Make sure the group feels safe, spacious, and grounded for all participants
Some people may find that a different kind of support would suit them better right now, and that’s completely okay. If that’s the case, I’ll always try to signpost you to other options.
If you're curious and open to the possibility of joining, it would be great to hear from you.
